This year, the developer RIEL took part in the Ukrainian fashion industry’s flagship event—Ukrainian Fashion Week—which took place in early March in Kyiv. As part of a collaboration with the Ukrainian brand Magardi, RIEL presented a shared space that blends fashion, architecture, and contemporary urban lifestyle.

The collaboration became part of the show’s concept, the central theme of which this season was LAMINOL—a direction that explores the multilayered nature, transformation, and internal structure of space and the human body.
A joint booth was presented as part of Ukrainian Fashion Week. The space combined elements of fashion and architecture, creating a dialogue between the body, clothing, and the environment in which people live.

For RIEL, this project provided an opportunity to reinterpret the architectural concepts of its residential complexes through the lens of contemporary fashion. That is why the installation and the created images are based on the character and visual logic of the developer’s projects: in Kyiv, these are the Brother, Sister, Maxima Residence, and Nordica Residence residential complexes; in Lviv, they are the Big Ben and Father residential complexes.
“Construction is often viewed as a purely industrial sector. But for us, development is also a creative endeavor. Architecture, like fashion, works with form, lines, materials, and human emotions in space. That is why we were interested in finding the intersection of these two worlds and showcasing the architectural ideas of our projects through the language of contemporary fashion,” noted Boris Tsomaya, marketing director of RIEL.

The installation was not merely an exhibition, but an experiment in form and space—an attempt to demonstrate how fashion can interact with architectural thinking and urban culture.

For RIEL, participating in Ukrainian Fashion Week marked another step in the development of the brand’s creative communication formats—through new, unconventional approaches that allow for a broader exploration of architecture, lifestyle, and urban space.
