We, the representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, express our unwavering gratitude and respect to everyone who stands in defense of our country. Your courage and dedication allow us to continue to develop and support Ukrainian business. Your courage and determination inspire us every day and enable us to work and rebuild our society during the trials of war. Your responsibility for our safety is the basis for everything we do in the housing industry.
At the same time, we are proud that every company that is a member of our association is actively involved in supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Through charitable initiatives, sponsorship, provision of resources and volunteer activities, developers are making efforts to meet the needs of our military. We promise to continue this work with the realization of the enormous responsibility that you carry on your shoulders.

Introduction
The purpose of the declaration of the Ukrainian Association of Developers "Housing: The Ukrainian Challenge" is to highlight the acute problems in providing the population of Ukraine with affordable and quality housing, in particular, those caused by the instability in the real estate market, bureaucratic barriers and imperfect legislative framework.
Our focus is on the growing housing shortage that is a consequence of the war, as well as the problems that, in our opinion, hinder business activity, which consequently makes it difficult to provide housing for those in need.This declaration is intended to promote a common understanding of the problems and ways to solve them among all stakeholders, to stimulate active participation in housing sector reforms and support initiatives aimed at improving the availability and quality of housing in Ukraine.Through this document, we not only critically assess the state of affairs, but also propose to We emphasize the importance of implementing effective European practices and solutions to overcome the housing crisis. The Ukrainian Association of Developers calls for the united efforts of the government, business, the public and international partners to develop and implement comprehensive and systematic actions that will contribute to the realization of the constitutional right of every citizen to housing.
