Purpose of the study
Identifying key administrative barriers to the implementation of residential development projects, assessing the timeframes and complexity of procedures, evaluating the level of interaction with government agencies, and determining priority areas for regulatory changes.
Methodology
Research method: online survey. Sample: targeted. Respondents include residential real estate developers, including members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.
Target audience
Owners, shareholders, executives, and specialists from development companies—including representatives from the legal, construction, commercial, and design and engineering sectors.
