The Azov Wave pedestrian bridge connecting Natalka Park with Obolon Island has been opened in Kyiv. The metal for the 164-meter-long bridge was made at the legendary Azovstal in Mariupol, and among the sponsors who allocated funds for the construction are Stolitsa Group and KAN Development, members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.
For the fifth time, a charity fair was held in the Faina Town residential complex, built by KAN Development, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers. During the week, it raised more than UAH 1.26 million for drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Parliament is considering draft law No. 11281, which provides for an inventory of real estate to accommodate internally displaced persons. It will result in an interactive map with information about all the properties available for applying for preferential leases to accommodate IDPs, which will be paid for by charitable organizations.
Olena Shulyak, Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, named the 5 most important legislative changes that should form the basis of the new housing policy. These include accounting and creation of housing funds, new lending instruments, digitalization, renovation of outdated buildings and completion of unfinished projects.
