We are pleased to present the news digest of the Ukrainian Association of Developers. In it, we briefly and without "water" tell about the most important events in the lives of UA Developers members, as well as share interesting materials from the association's members.
How share contributions affect the cost of new housing and why, despite the complete abolition of this quasi-tax in 2021, they are trying to continue to collect it, the Ukrainian Association of Developers explained in an article on Ekonomichna Pravda. In it, we explain why the double financial burden on the construction industry makes real estate less affordable without contributing to infrastructure development.
IB Alliance, a member of UA Developers, has announced that the 12th building of the capital's Great residential complex has received a certificate of readiness for operation. In total, 8 out of 13 buildings in the multifunctional residential complex on the banks of the Dnipro River have already been commissioned.
IB Alliance has also completed the restoration of buildings in the Dibrova Park residential complex that were damaged by a missile attack on January 2, 2024. The company replaced 64 windows and apartment doors in some apartments that were blown out by the blast wave at its own expense, restored commercial premises, fragments of the facade, and the damaged entrance and lobby.
In 2024, Intergal-Bud and RIEL Real Estate Corporation, members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, commissioned the most apartments in the capital and Lviv regions. These are the results of the joint rating of LUN and NV magazine. The top ten most productive developers in Kyiv also included 5 other members of the association - Stolitsa Group and DIM Group took the third and fourth places, KAN Development and IB Alliance - the sixth and seventh, Futura Hata - the ninth.
In March, about 1 ,700 IDP families purchased new housing using the eVodnovnennya certificate. In total, budget funding is designed to purchase housing under at least 10,000 such certificates, and IDPs have so far issued about half of this amount.
Since the beginning of the year, the share of housing purchased under the eOselya program directly from developers has exceeded 52%, according to Ukrfinzhytlo. In total, about 600 loans have been issued for the so-called first sale housing this year.
