Accreditation of new buildings in "eOselya" will be transferred to digital format

Ukrfinzhytlo, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has begun developing a digital system for the accreditation of construction projects. 

The system is being created on a "single window" basis and will become a digital environment for the accreditation of primary real estate construction projects within the framework of the "єОселя" program. 

Thanks to the "Developer's Office," the process of accrediting properties will become much simpler and faster:

• questionnaires and documents will be submitted electronically;
  
  
• the developer will be able to submit a single application to several banks participating in the program through a single account;
  
  
• you will not need to repeatedly prepare and send identical packages of documents to each bank;
  
  
• The status of applications will be available online in real time.

The launch of the Developer's Office will be an important step and tool for digitizing processes, reducing bureaucracy, and creating a unified digital environment for developers, banks, and Ukrfinzhytlo. The Cabinet will serve as a channel of communication between all parties involved in the processes, ensure rapid exchange of information, and increase the transparency of all property accreditation procedures.

As of today, the technical requirements for the digital platform have been fully developed and finalized. All discrepancies between the technical documentation and the compliance requirements of key parties—banks, developers, and the mortgage mechanism operator—have been eliminated. Thanks to this, the project is moving into the phase of direct technical development and implementation of the platform.
