NV and LUN have summed up the results of 2025, and members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers have once again taken the leading positions in the Kyiv and Lviv regions.
In the capital region, seven members of the Association entered the top 20. Stolitsa Group topped the rating with 2,854 apartments completed — a year ago, the company ranked third with 1,622 apartments. Intergal-Bud, which was the undisputed leader in 2024 with 2,363 apartments, took second place this year with 1,702 completed homes, maintaining its place at the top despite the overall market decline. IB Alliance and Royal House also made it into the top five. RIEL, Perfect Group, and KAN Development maintained their positions in the upper half of the ranking.

In total, members of the Association in the Kyiv region delivered more than 7,400 apartments — almost one in four of the 60,800 delivered throughout Ukraine in 2025.
In Lviv and the surrounding region, RIEL topped the ranking for the second time in a row, with 902 apartments completed in 2025 compared to 1,418 in 2024. Despite lower figures in absolute terms, the company has maintained its leadership with a significant margin and has the largest portfolio of properties in the region — 3,183 apartments. Avalon is also represented in the top with a significant construction portfolio.

2025 turned out to be more difficult than the previous year: in total, developers commissioned 60,800 apartments across Ukraine, which is less than in 2024. Against the backdrop of this decline, the stable presence of the Association's members at the top of the rankings demonstrates a systematic approach to construction and fulfillment of obligations to buyers even in wartime.
