The purpose of the survey is to gather the general opinion of development companies regarding key barriers to the implementation of residential projects, the quality of regulation, and interaction with government agencies and infrastructure organizations.

Analytics — a recorded and structured list of administrative barriers in residential construction

Prioritization — the most critical procedures that need to be optimized first have been identified.

Recommendations — practical proposals prepared for state bodies and local self-government bodies: what can be changed quickly (administrative decisions/digitalization), and what requires regulatory changes

Draft decisions — draft documents and/or amendments (regulatory, methodological, internal regulations) developed to remove identified barriers

Communication — public presentation of results, targeted work with stakeholders, and support for the implementation of changes (from coordination to monitoring of the effect)

We will publish the survey results in the media.
