Ukrainian Association of Developers Launches Experience Exchange Program with European Colleagues

The Ukrainian Association of Real Estate Developers has launched an international project aimed at exchanging experience with leading European real estate associations. The initiative aims to adopt best practices and find solutions for the development of a transparent and sustainable real estate market in Ukraine.

The program will include online meetings and visits of European experts to Kyiv. The format involves strategic discussions between EBA members and representatives of partner organizations on key industry challenges:

  • Improving the licensing system;
  • interaction between developers and government agencies;
  • sustainable construction standards;
  • communication with communities and investors.

An important task of the project will be to record the results of all discussions and summarize them in a single document with practical recommendations for Ukraine. In the future, this document may become the basis for legislative initiatives or new market development strategies.

"We are convinced that international partnership and exchange of experience will help Ukraine not only to restore the construction industry faster, but also to set qualitatively new standards in the interaction between developers, the state and society," said Yevhen Favorov, Chairman of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.
