On September 6, 2025, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) announced suspicions in a case related to land plots of the Stolychnyi wholesale market.
Below are the views ofVladyslava Molchanova, amember of the Ukrainian Association of Developers andfounder ofStolitsa Group, on the development companyStolitsaGroup.
Stolitsa Group has been operating in Ukraine for more than two decades, creating jobs, paying taxes, and implementing large-scale housing and infrastructure projects. The company's founder, Vladyslava Molchanova, has always supported the country's development and the Ukrainian army.
We emphasize that No external factors affect or will affect the stability of Stolitsa Group's operations. The company continues to fulfill all its obligations to co-investors, partners and apartment owners in full.
Stolitsa Group remains a reliable and responsible player in the Ukrainian market, working to develop the country's economy and future.
Today, on September 6, in the morning, representatives of the NABU handed me a suspicion. The investigation, which has been going on for more than 4 years and which, in my opinion, looks like a completely ordered one, was deliberately accelerated right now.
I know who is behind this special operation and what commands have been given in recent days to kill the business of the companies to which I was or am related.
Today's action, which was sanctified by SAPO prosecutors, is a sign not only to domestic but also to foreign investors that doing business in Ukraine is dangerous, because tomorrow your door will be knocked on, just like mine was today. And they will demand an exorbitant bail of hundreds of millions of hryvnias to turn me into a hostage to someone's political will and to tarnish my reputation.
During my life, I have created thousands of jobs and paid billions in taxes in Ukraine. I did it at the beginning of the war, and I continue to do it now.
During the full-scale invasion and the attempted occupation of Kyiv, I defended the capital with my family and the military. And this is not in a figurative sense. Ask those who were building fortifications around Kyiv at that time.
My six children continue to live in Ukraine and do their best for the victory of our country. My Charitable Foundation has allocated more than UAH 250 million to help the Ukrainian army and continues to assist military brigades and corps in various projects. And it is at this time that I am being forced to stop this assistance.
Of course, I will find a way to defend myself. It is a pity that these events will limit my charitable activities for some time.
I am confident that I will find justice in my country. And NABU and SAPO should not expect me to run away. It is a matter of honor for me now to defend my good name and reputation.
