The largest real estate companies united in the Ukrainian Association of Developers

The leaders of the Ukrainian real estate market have united to form the Ukrainian Association of Developers to jointly develop the industry and rebuild Ukraine.

The association includes Stolitsa Group, KAN Development, Intergal-Bud, Ukrbud Invest, UDP, Rusanivka Invest, Perfect Group, Riel, D-I-M, Poznyaky Zhil-Bud JSC (Taryan group), Ukrainian Building Systems, SAGA Development, Futura Hata, Kovalska Real Estate, IB alliance, BudCapital, NEST, Standard Consulting Group, Ave-New, and the Association of Western Ukrainian Developers.

According to Yevhen Favorov, Chairman of the Board of the Association, the association's goal is to combine the expertise and capabilities of leading companies for the development of Ukrainian cities:

"The restoration and development of cities is a key task for the recovery of the Ukrainian economy and overcoming the enormous demographic crisis that is deepening as a result of full-scale Russian aggression. This will only be possible if Ukraine implements the best international approaches to regulating development and urban planning. The Association expressed its view on the role of our organization in the process of rebuilding Ukraine in the "Declaration of the Founders", which is available on our website. We invite other market participants to cooperate with us."

According to Mr. Favorov, the Ukrainian Association of Developers was created as a platform for communication between business, the expert community, the state and local governments. Among the key areas of the association's work are analytical activities, participation in the evaluation and development of regulations, and prompt informing the Ukrainian media and Ukraine's foreign partners about the situation and opportunities in the Ukrainian development market.
