Kovalska's KUB29 house has received a certificate of acceptance for operation. This document, issued by the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine, confirms that the facility complies with all state standards and building codes. This means that the building was built in accordance with the approved project documentation and is ready for operation.
KUB29 is already connected to all city networks - water supply, electricity, heating and sewage. The final facade works and landscaping are currently underway.
"This is an important milestone for both the developer and all residents of the future KUB29 community. We are finalizing the preparation of the house for the transfer of apartments to the owners. Starting from September 1, we will start inspecting the apartments, receiving the keys and signing the relevant acceptance certificates," comments Igor Subotenko, Director of Kovalska Real Estate.
KUB29 is a modern 26-storey residential building on the left bank of Kyiv with a unique cubic architecture. Its restrained facades and cubic details create a stylish image, complemented by panoramic loggias with glass fences that offer views of the Dnipro River, Rusanivska Embankment and the right bank of the capital. Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail: from functional layouts to comfortable common spaces. It is an ideal place for those who appreciate the combination of modern style, convenience and beauty of the environment.
