We are pleased to present the news digest of the Ukrainian Association of Developers. In it, we briefly and without "water" tell about the most important events in the lives of UA Developers members, as well as share interesting materials from the association's members.
Several members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers commissioned new buildings at once. In particular, RIEL Real Estate Corporation handed over the Villa Pohulyanka residential complex in Lviv, and Intergal-Bud received a certificate of completion for the third and fourth sections and parking lot of the Parkovi Ozera residential complex in Kyiv . In addition, Creator-Bud commissioned the commercial extension of the first building of the Creator City residential complex, also located in Kyiv.
The Association of Western Ukrainian Developers, a member of UA Developers, has completed repairs to house No. 22 on Bratykh Mikhnovskikh Street in Lviv, which was damaged during the September 4 rocket attack. House No. 14, which the association is also rebuilding as part of the city's Take a House Under Your Care initiative, is scheduled to be fully restored by the end of this year.
Ihor Nikonov, founder of KAN Development, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, spoke about the harmonious combination of modernity and historical heritage in the city, as well as the keys to creating transparent conditions for investment. He talked to Natalia Moseychuk about the state of the construction industry, how to resolve conflicts around new projects, and why legislation does not always protect investors.
The best developers of the year
Five members of UA Developers were recognized at the Ukrainian Building Awards 2024. Thus, KAN Development won in the nomination "Best Developer of Educational Spaces" and "Landscape Architecture (Implemented)" with the residential complex "Fine Town". "Intergal-Bud was recognized as the leader in terms of construction volumes, and Creator-Bud as the leader in innovative development. Saga Development and UDP shared the Award of the Year for the active development of the construction industry in Ukraine.

Due to a massive Russian cyberattack on state registries, the functionality of the Diia service has been temporarily limited. In particular, it is not yet possible to apply for a mortgage loan under the eOselya program. According to Olha Stefanishyna, Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the priority restoration of the affected registers is expected to be completed in the first days of the new year.
