IB Alliance, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has announced the commissioning of the 13th building of the Great residential complex. Earlier, the first six buildings in the Kyiv residential complex were already commissioned.
RIEL Real Estate Corporation, also a member of UA Developers, has announced that the first two phases of Lviv's New Fort. Pidzamche Town". So, the process of registering ownership of apartments in the new buildings will begin soon.
At the end of last year, the capital and Kyiv region dropped out of the top 3 most active regions in terms of new construction projects. They collectively account for only about 15% of the total, according to LUN service analytics. Lviv region remains the leader by a wide margin, with Zakarpattia and Ivano-Frankivsk regions taking second and third place.
Last year, Ukrainians bought housing 14% more often than in the previous year, according to the National Bank's financial stability report. Compact housing is the most popular, with the average size of purchased apartments being 48m2. At the same time, the number of transactions is currently only 70% of the pre-war level.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the draft law "On the Basic Principles of Housing Policy," which is intended to replace the outdated Housing Code and requires revision of about 70 existing legislative acts. The draft law has already been registered in the Verkhovna Rada.
The Ukrainian government has also increased the authorized capital of Ukrfinzhytlo, the company responsible for the state mortgage lending program eOselya, by UAH 20 billion. This additional capitalization means that Ukrainians will be able to receive more new housing loans through eOselya.
