News of the association members:

Commissioning of the residential complex "Vezha" by RIEL

RIEL Real Estate Corporation, a member of UA Developers, has announced that the second phase of Lviv's Vezha. Pidzamche Town" has received a certificate of readiness for operation. The next step is to assign a postal address and receive keys from the new residents.

A special bridge from KAN

Ukraine has the first parametrically designed bridge with a spatially curved surface. The new structure separates pedestrian and vehicular traffic at the intersection of the promenade and the roadway in the Fine Town residential complex by KAN Development, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.

Forecasts from ENSO

Ramil Mehtiev, CEO of ENSO, a member of UA Developers, shared what 2025 will bring to the real estate market. He spoke about pent-up demand, changes in buyer preferences, and new approaches to creating construction projects in a column for LIGA.net.

Kyiv is losing ground in the ranking of the most expensive cities

The Ukrainian capital ranks 104th among European cities in terms of real estate prices. According to Numbeo, the average price per square meter in the capital is $2234, which is almost 11 times less than in the leader of the rating, Swiss Zurich.

Politics and management:

No clarification through the DPT

A ban on the use of detailed territory plans to change the designated purpose of land plots has come into force. From now on, the allocation of land plots for construction is possible only through spatial development plans - new documents that are both urban planning documentation at the local level and land management documentation.

Accessible space for everyone

The Ministry of Infrastructure has approved amendments to the state building standards "Inclusiveness of Buildings and Structures". The key innovations include increased requirements for the organization of pedestrian paths, ramps and handrails, entrance doors and restrooms.
