"Intergal-Bud, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has announced that it will provide autonomous power supply to all new buildings that will be put into operation. The initiative applies to both new and ongoing projects of the company. The technological solution will ensure at least 12 hours of operation of the main engineering systems of buildings in blackouts: water supply, heating, fire protection, lighting of common areas, operation of elevators, access control systems, boilers, and water tanks.
In a series of blitz interviews with delo.ua, the heads of member companies of the Ukrainian Association of Real Estate Developers told how three years of the great war have changed the Ukrainian construction business and real estate buyers. Igor Nikonov, founder of KAN Development, and Sergey Pylypenko, CEO of Kovalska Group, spoke about important management decisions that allowed them to continue their work, changes within the companies, key conclusions and further prospects for the real estate market.

Taryan Group, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has become the only participant in the domestic real estate market to be recognized twice in a row by the International Property Awards. The experts of the award recognized the capital's residential complex Nver as the best project in the world in the Mixed Use Development category.
In 2024, Ukraine commissioned 32.2% more housing than in 2023, according to the State Statistics Service. In total, almost 9.8 millionm2 were commissioned, the best annual figure since the start of the full-scale invasion. The commissioning of apartment buildings increased by 23% over the year: in total, developers commissioned almost 4.8 millionm2 of new buildings.
