We are pleased to present the news digest of the Ukrainian Association of Developers. In it, we briefly and without "water" tell about the most important events of the week that took place in the construction industry and the lives of UA Developers members, as well as share interesting materials from the association's members.

Commissioning of a parking lot in the residential complex Warsaw-3 by Stolitsa Group

Stolitsa Group, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has announced the commissioning of a parking lot in the residential complex Varshavsky-3. After its transfer to the balance sheet of the management company, the owners will start using their parking spaces.

200 thousand for an idea for REALTORS®

Riel Real Estate Corporation, a member of UA Developers, has announced a contest with a prize fund of UAH 200 thousand. All that is required is to create a logo or slogan for SOHO and BIG BEN residential complexes in Lviv. Entries are accepted until August 1.

Future real estate objects: a lecture from Perfect Group

Oleksiy Koval, project manager at Perfect Group, also a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, analyzed the law on the protection of property rights of investors in real estate during the construction phase. Proposed changes to the new housing policy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has published a report on the results of public consultations on the draft law "On the Basic Principles of Housing Policy". The recommendations include easing the requirements of the eHousing program, creating social housing funds, expanding the list of tools for obtaining real estate, developing mechanisms for attracting investors and donors to the housing sector, etc.

Investments in half a billion

Three companies are ready to invest $500 million in the production of building materials in Ukraine, according to the Kyiv School of Economics. Ireland's Kingspan and CRH Group intend to invest $300 million and $100 million, respectively, and Ukraine's City One Development is going to invest another €100 million.

Recovery in Action

Ukrainians will be able to choose which reconstruction projects in their communities will be funded by the State Fund for Regional Development in the Diia app. The law on the allocation of the fund's funds was amended accordingly, said Olena Shulyak, chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning.
