RIEL Real Estate Corporation, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Real Estate Developers, has announced the commissioning of buildings D-1 and D-2 of the America residential complex in Lviv . In addition, the fourth and fifth houses of the Schengen residential complex, also located in Lviv, have received postal addresses: investors will soon be able to start registering their property rights.
Oleksiy Koval, project manager at Perfect Group, also a member of UA Developers, analyzed the post-war reconstruction of various cities around the world. In his column for Obozrevatel, he described how Berlin, Dresden, Warsaw, Tokyo, and Seoul were rebuilt and what investments were required. Oleksiy Koval proposes to use the world's experience in rebuilding Mariupol, Kharkiv, Bucha and other Ukrainian cities affected by the occupation and armed aggression.
Stolitsa Group, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has launched a project to provide backup power to the buildings of the Warsaw 3 residential complex. During the blackouts, water supply, heating, fire protection systems, critical lighting of common areas, and one elevator in each entrance will be available.
Under the eHousing program, housing under construction can be purchased from 70 different developers, according to Ukrfinzhytlo. Currently, you can choose an apartment in 78 residential complexes and 136 houses accredited by five partner banks of the program.
The first course for women construction equipment operators has started at Nemishayiv Vocational College in Kyiv Oblast. The course will last for 9 weeks, and the women drivers will learn how to operate excavators and loaders.
Among the conditions that Ukraine must meet to receive €50 billion from the EU under the Ukraine Facility program is the launch of an urban planning cadastre, said Olena Shulyak, chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning. The cadastre will digitally store, check and develop urban planning documentation. The first step to launch it has already been taken - the Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a draft resolution.
The Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine is working on 30 new drafts of state building codes and 60 drafts of national standards. This was announced by Deputy Minister Natalia Kozlovska. Work on another 80 national standards is scheduled to begin by the end of the year.
