We are pleased to present the news digest of the Ukrainian Association of Developers. Restoration of destroyed houses

The Association of Western Ukrainian Developers, a member of UA Developers, will restore two houses in Lviv that were damaged by rocket fire. The reconstruction will take place as part of the city's Take a House Under Your Care initiative.

"Intergal-Bud about changes in the real estate market

Anna Laevska, Commercial Director of Intergal-Bud, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, told Focus about the prevailing trends in the real estate market, the resumption of construction projects, and changes in prices and demand. Price forecasts from ENSO

Ramil Mehtiev, CEO of ENSO, a member of UA Developers, analyzed the dynamics of housing prices. In a column on LIGA.net, he analyzed the factors that affect the cost per square meter and gave a forecast on the possibility of real estate price increases.

Challenges for reconstruction from Olena Shulyak

Olena Shulyak, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, has analyzed the main challenges that need to be overcome for Ukraine's full-fledged reconstruction. Among them, she emphasizes the demographic situation, the lack of qualified personnel, the need to ensure a sustainable economy, a unified legislative framework and effective management.

New Head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Reconstruction and Development

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Serhiy Sukhomlyn as the head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development. Prior to his appointment, the new head of the agency served as the mayor of Zhytomyr.
