RIEL on the state of the real estate market
Rostislav Melnyk discussed the situation on the housing market with Oleg Radik, author of the Go Pro program. The CEO of RIEL Real Estate Corporation, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Real Estate Developers, spoke about changes in prices, demand and buyer profile, and gave a forecast for the future.

Updating the terms of eHome
The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the requirements for real estate under the eHouse program. The main changes include an increase to 10 years in the age of housing that can be purchased under the program.
Five hundred new residential complexes during the war
Over the 31 months of full-scale war in Ukraine, 481 residential complexes have launched sales, according to data from the LUN real estate service. Almost a third of new projects are in Lviv and the region - twice as many as in Kyiv and the capital region. In addition, apartment sales were fully completed in 501 residential complexes during the same period.
Insurance of new buildings against war risks
The National Bank, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Finance are drafting a bill to create a nationwide war risk insurance system. In particular, it is envisaged that residential construction projects will be subject to compulsory insurance against physical damage caused by the war.
Principles of rebuilding Ukraine by Olena Shulyak
Olena Shulyak, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, spoke about 14 key principles that will be used to rebuild the country after the aftermath of the great war. The main ones are people's safety, energy efficiency, barrier-free accessibility and anti-corruption measures.

Start of urban planning cadastre
The state-level administrator of the urban planning cadastre has started working in Ukraine. The next step is to train local communities to work with the cadastre's functionality to provide information on customers of urban planning documentation.
