The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the requirements for real estate under the eHouse program. The main changes include an increase to 10 years in the age of housing that can be purchased under the program.
Over the 31 months of full-scale war in Ukraine, 481 residential complexes have launched sales, according to data from the LUN real estate service. Almost a third of new projects are in Lviv and the region - twice as many as in Kyiv and the capital region. The state-level administrator of the urban planning cadastre has started working in Ukraine. The next step is to train local communities to work with the cadastre's functionality to provide information on customers of urban planning documentation.
