New buildings constructed by two members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers have been put into operation. Buildings 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 of the Warshavsky-2 residential complex by Stolitsa Group and building K-1 of the America residential complex by Riel in Lviv received certificates of completion.
RIEL Real Estate Corporation, a member of UA Developers, together with the real estate search service LUN, has launched a fundraiser for the purchase of specialized control centers for unmanned aerial vehicles. All donors will take part in the drawing of a 76 m² one-bedroom apartment in the Ok'Land residential complex in Kyiv.
Meanwhile, the DIM Group, also a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has already handed over an apartment to the winner of its collection for Ukrainian defenders, which raised UAH 20.2 million for drones and cars. A 20-year-old Igor from Zhytomyr received a 44 m² one-bedroom apartment in the capital's Lucky Land residential complex.
KAN Development, also a member of UA Developers, has started construction of a new educational complex of the A+ educational network in its Respublika residential complex. It will include a kindergarten for 160 children, an elementary school for 360 pupils, a gymnasium for 450 pupils and a lyceum for 270 pupils.
Sense bank became the fifth partner bank of the eHouse program, which offers mortgage loans for apartments in newly built buildings. Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, became the first developer whose new building was accredited by the financial institution.
Holosiivskyi Residential Complex by Intergal-Bud, a member of UA Developers, has received a postal address. The next step is for investors to draw up ownership documents.
The State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development has saved the state at least UAH 6 billion over two full years of operation, said Olena Shulyak, chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning. In her opinion, this is exactly what the amount of corruption in the construction sector would have been during this period if the SACI had not replaced its predecessor, the State Architectural Construction Inspectorate.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has temporarily entrusted Roman Komendant with the duties of the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction. He became the head of the agency after the Government accepted the resignation of Mustafa Nayem as head of the State Agency.
