We are pleased to present the news digest of the Ukrainian Association of Developers. In it, we briefly and without "water" tell about the most important events in the lives of UA Developers members, as well as share interesting materials from the association's members.

News of the association members:

The most productive developers in the country

Intergal-Bud and RIEL Real Estate Corporation, members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, topped the ranking of Ukrainian construction companies by the number of apartments delivered in 2023. In addition, three other UA Developers members - Stolitsa Group, IB Alliance and KAN Development - were included in the top 10 by LUN and Forbes.

International recognition of ENSO

ENSO, also a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has received an award from one of the most authoritative real estate competitions, the European Property Awards 2024-2025. The international jury recognized the Kyiv residential complex DIADANS in the Residential High Rise Development category, dedicated to the best high-rise projects in the world.

eHome under the new rules

The heads of the Real Estate Corporation RIEL and the Association of Western Ukrainian Developers, members of UA Developers, spoke about the updated rules of the state mortgage lending program eOselya. Rostyslav Melnyk and Yuriy Martyniuk talked about what has changed, who can get housing and who is denied by banks on First Western.

Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of RIEL, also told how he built one of the largest development companies in Ukraine. He talked to Oleksandr Lakhtionov about the difficult path in business and overcoming challenges.

"Intergal-Bud sets trends

Intergal-Bud, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Real Estate Developers, has been recognized by the Banker Awards 2024. The editorial board of Banker magazine awarded the company in the Real Estate Trendsetter nomination.

Economics and the real estate market:

Prices are rising

In September, the average price per square meter in Ukrainian new buildings increased by 1-6% depending on the region. According to the real estate marketplace DIM.RIA, primary real estate has risen in price the most over the past year in Kirovohrad, Volyn and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
