Threats to Ukraine's reconstruction
Members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers have appealed to the President, the Verkhovna Rada, the Government and local governments over the critical situation in the construction industry. In its statement, the association raised the most pressing issues that jeopardize the continuation of construction work and further reconstruction of the country.
Support for large investments
UA Developers members also held their first working meeting with the government office UkraineInvest, which supports projects with significant investments. The UkraineInvest team presented the developers with opportunities for cooperation and state support in the implementation of large investment projects.

Restoration of destroyed houses
The Association of Western Ukrainian Developers, a member of UA Developers, has begun work to restore houses No. 14 and No. 22 on Bratykh Mikhnovskikh Street in Lviv, which were damaged during the September 4 rocket attack. The housing is being restored as part of the city's Take a House Under Your Care initiative.
Commissioning of the residential complex "Vezha" by RIEL
RIEL Real Estate Corporation, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has announced the commissioning of the first phase of the Lviv residential complex Vezha. Pidzamche Town". The next stages are also being prepared for commissioning.
Results of the "Square for a Donation" collection in defense of Ukraine
RIEL and LUN also handed over seven specialized mobile UAV control centers to the air reconnaissance, purchased through the Square for a Donation campaign. The campaign raised UAH 21.5 million, and its winner received a 76m2 apartment in the capital's Ok'Land residential complex from RIEL.

Funds for eHousing and unfunded eReconstruction
"Ukrfinzhytlo plans to raise funds from international financial institutions to finance the state mortgage lending program eOselya, said Yevhen Metzger, the company's chairman of the board. The draft state budget for 2025 approved in the first reading provides UAH 9.4 billion for the program. At the same time, no funds have been allocated for the program for the next year.
The cost of construction is growing
The Ministry of Infrastructure has updated the indirect cost of housing construction in Ukraine. This indicator, which increased by 2.1% in the third quarter of 2024, is key to the eHouse program, as it affects the maximum price per square meter of real estate for which a preferential mortgage loan can be obtained.
Recycling of demolition waste
A pilot project for the ecological recycling of construction waste generated as a result of enemy attacks has been launched in Borodyanka, Kyiv region. Specialized equipment provided by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) will allow the company to obtain raw materials for road base construction, construction products, riverbank reinforcement, etc.
