Stolitsa Group, IB Alliance and Intergal-Bud, which are members of UA Developers, commissioned the most square meters of housing in Kyiv from February 24, 2022 to December 31, 2023. These are the results of the LUN and NV. Riel Real Estate Corporation, also a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, topped a similar rating in Lviv.
KAN Development, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, has announced the commissioning of the Central Tower building as part of the UNIT.Home project. The 65-apartment new building with underground parking and a facade with live trees is located in the heart of the residential complex. In addition, the developer's residential quarter, Faina Town, has commissioned an A+ architectural and engineering college, which unites a kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, and a specialized lyceum.

Since its launch in October 2022, more than 10,000 families have benefited from the affordable mortgage program eOselya. The total amount of loans issued is UAH 15.7 billion. About 30% of them were taken out by Ukrainians to buy primary real estate, either completed or under construction.
