A new form of the questionnaire for a construction project submitted for accreditation to eHouse partner banks has been approved. This is the first result of the joint work of the Ukrainian Association of Developers and Ukrfinzhytel, which will simplify and speed up the accreditation process and make the choice of new buildings in the program wider.
Three members of UA Developers commissioned new buildings in Kyiv and the region at once. BudCapital received a certificate of completion for the first 11 houses of the InWood cottage community, IB Alliance handed over the 5th house of the Dibrova Park residential complex, and Kovalska put into operation the House on Vavilovykh. The latter has also been assigned a postal address.
KAN Development and Intergal-Bud, members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, topped the ranking of the best employers in Ukraine in 2024 by Focus in Real Estate. The rating's experts evaluated the companies based on such criteria as official employment, average salary, career opportunities, availability of training and education, internship programs for students, programs for veterans, cooperation with universities, and employee feedback.
Three houses of Varshavsky 3 RC by UA Developers member Stolitsa Group have already been provided with backup power. During power outages, the buildings will continue to have heating, water supply, one elevator per entrance, critical lighting in common areas and power for fire-fighting systems.
By the end of next year, RIEL Real Estate Corporation, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Realtors, plans to launch new projects with a total area of 460 thousandm2 and turn into a holding company. RIEL CEO Rostyslav Melnyk spoke about this and much more in an interview with Forbes.
Ukraine is launching a pilot project to build social housing, the first phase of which will involve creating 50,000 new apartments, said Serhiy Sukhomlyn, head of the State Agency for Reconstruction. The housing will be built in the center and west of the country, with the first 6,200 apartments to be completed by the end of the year.
In the third quarter of 2024, the cost of housing in the primary market increased by 14.1%, according to the State Statistics Service. One-bedroom apartments rose in price the most over the year - by 14.8%, and apartments with three or more rooms went up the least - by 13.6%.
In the next six months, the eHouse mortgage program will be financed by one billion hryvnias per month. According to Andriy Tarasenko, Head of Credit Operations at Ukrfinzhytl, at this rate, 600-700 new loans will be issued per month.
