Protection of cultural heritage

The Ukrainian Association of Developers has drawn attention to the imperfection of the draft decision of the Kyiv City Council on the preservation of buildings over a hundred years old. Members of the association propose to involve them in further work on the document.

Commissioning of an RC by Intergal-Bud and DIM

UA Developers members continue to commission new residential buildings. In particular, the second house of the capital's residential complex Prychal 8 by Intergal-Bud and the VITA 2.1 house of the Park Lake City country complex by DIM received certificates of readiness from the SACI.

New construction by KAN Development

The pace of new housing starts increased

In January-September 2024, Ukraine commissioned 23.5% more square meters of housing than in the same period in 2023, according to the State Statistics Service. At the same time, the growth was mainly due to single-family homes, while the rate of commissioning of high-rise buildings increased by 5.2%.
