Commissioning of new buildings from IB Alliance and Futura Hata
IB Alliance, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, announced that the fifth building of the Dibrova Park residential complex in Kyiv has received a certificate of readiness for operation . In addition, Futura Hata, also a member of UA Developers, reported on the commissioning of the fourth building of the Svitlo Park residential complex in Kyiv.
Real estate market analysis from Intergal-Bud
Anna Laevska, Commercial Director of Intergal-Bud, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, discussed the state of the real estate market with KyivVlada. Among other things, she spoke in an interview about the volume of housing sales, the advantages and disadvantages of the eHouse program, the impact of mobilization on the construction industry, and the fight against blackouts by developers.
Municipal-private partnership and renovation of Khrushchev buildings by Perfect Group
Oleksiy Koval, project manager at Perfect Group, also a member of UA Developers, analyzed the global experience of involving independent architects in urban planning and the possibility of spreading this practice in Ukraine in a blog post for Obozrevatel. In addition, in a column for Ekonomichna Pravda, he calculated the cost of renovating the outdated housing stock in Ukraine and assessed the prospects for this process if the relevant bill is passed.

Changing conditions and a new bank in eOselya
The Ukrainian government has adopted a number of changes to eHousing. The main innovations include the possibility for young people under 25 to participate in the program, the use of the eRestore certificate as a down payment on a mortgage, and an increase in interest rates from the 11th year of lending. Meanwhile, the sixth partner bank has joined eOselya, where you can get a loan to purchase a newly built home under construction - BISBANK.
65 billion for the production of building materials
Ukraine needs about $65 billion in construction materials alone to rebuild, according to a comprehensive study of the construction industry by KSE. Such investments will allow local production of more than 90% of the necessary building materials and components, as well as create about 180,000 jobs.
Extension of the eRecovery program
The eRestoration program has been expanded to cover minor children and incapacitated persons who own damaged or destroyed property. From now on, not only representatives under a power of attorney, but also legal representatives can apply for compensation on their behalf - in this case, a power of attorney is not required.

New housing policy with a focus on affordability
Olena Shulyak, Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, has named the main changes that should make housing in Ukraine more affordable. In her column for NV, she spoke about the work on a comprehensive housing reform, which includes, among other things, the launch of lease with the right to buy and financial leasing, as well as the expansion of state mortgages along with the liberalization of the terms of the home loan - in terms of the maximum age of housing, loan rates and down payment.
