UA Developers members are once again leading in the rankings of the most dynamic developers in Kyiv and Lviv
In 2024, Intergal-Bud, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, commissioned the most apartments among developers in Kyiv and the region. These are the results of the joint rating of LUN and NV magazine, which identified the 20 most productive developers in terms of housing delivery.
"Since the beginning of last year, Intergal-Bud, which topped the list, has commissioned 2,363 apartments in six residential complexes in the capital. Stolitsa Group took the third place in the rating with 1622 apartments, and DIM Group took the fourth place, having commissioned 1090 new apartments.
The top seven also includes two other members of the association - KAN Development and IB Alliance: in 2024, they commissioned 870 and 853 apartments, respectively.
RIEL Real Estate Corporation also made it to the top in the capital. At the same time, it demonstrated the best result last year in Lviv and the region, having delivered more new apartments than the three closest competitors combined. The undisputed leadership of RIEL was ensured by 1418 apartments in four residential complexes.
