UA Developers members topped the rankings of the most active developers in Kyiv and Lviv
Stolitsa Group, IB Alliance and Intergal-Bud, which are members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, commissioned the largest number of square meters of housing in Kyiv. These are the results of the LUN and NV rating, which studied the activity of the capital's developers from February 24, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
Stolitsa Group, which topped the list of the most active developers, has commissioned more than 411 thousand square meters of residential real estate during this time. IB Alliance took the second place with almost 224 thousand square meters of housing, and Intergal-Bud rounds out the top three with more than 214 thousand square meters.
In total, seven members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers are in the top ten of the rating. In addition to the three leaders, these are KAN Development, RIEL Real Estate Corporation, Perfect Group and bUd Development. In total, UA Developers members from the top 10 commissioned more than 1.3 million square meters of housing during the study period, building more than 15 thousand new apartments.
Riel Real Estate Corporation also topped a similar rating of the most active developers in Lviv. During the first two years of the full-scale invasion, it delivered more than 172 thousand square meters of residential real estate for almost 1.5 thousand apartments.
In terms of commissioned housing in 2023, all UA Developers members occupy 93% of the Kyiv real estate market and 26% of the Ukrainian market.
