Members of UA Developers topped the rating of Ukrainian developers by the number of delivered apartments
Since 2023, Intergal-Bud and RIEL Real Estate Corporation, which are members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers, have commissioned the most apartments among all Ukrainian developers. These are the results of a joint rating by LUN and Forbes, which identified the 10 most productive developers in terms of housing delivery.
"Since the beginning of last year, Intergal-Bud, which topped the list, has commissioned 3,813 apartments in 11 residential complexes in Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr. According to LUN's estimates, 80% of the developer's housing is in the capital.
The second place was taken by RIEL Real Estate Corporation with 3209 apartments in 8 residential complexes. 55% of the apartments were delivered in Kyiv, 45% - in Lviv.
Stolitsa Group, a member of UA Developers, is also among the top 5 most effective developers, which continues to hold the lead in Kyiv. The company confirmed its status with 3112 delivered apartments in Varshavsky-2 and Varshavsky-3 residential complexes.
Two more members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers made it into the top ten. Both companies have commissioned housing in the capital: IB Alliance with 2206 apartments and KAN Development with 1457 apartments.
In terms of commissioned housing in 2023, all members of the Ukrainian Association of Developers account for 93% of the Kyiv real estate market and 26% of the Ukrainian market.
