Bosphorus Development — new member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers
Bosphorus Development is an investment and development company, one of the largest developers in Turkey. It specializes in the construction of luxury residential complexes, business centers, hotels, and shopping and entertainment centers.
Among the most famous projects of Bosphorus Development are:
• Istanbul Tower 205 Levent — one of Turkey's tallest skyscrapers (61 floors, 220 meters), a modern business center in the financial heart of Istanbul.
• Crowne Plaza Istanbul Florya — a five-star hotel with direct access to the sea, renowned for its architecture and panoramic facade.

Bosphorus Development was founded in Ukraine in 2019. Bosphorus Development, in partnership with developer RIEL, is implementing its first project in Ukraine—the Maxima Residence business-class residential complex, which is being built in the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv.
